U-He Everything Bundle – Diva, Zebra2, Hive 2 and the Complete U-He Synth and Effects Vault

Ask working film composers which software synths actually appear in their templates and the same u-he names recur: Zebra2 in the underscore, Diva in the analog layers, Satin gluing the mix bus. The U-He Everything Bundle collects that entire world in a single purchase — every plugin u-he has released, synths and effects together. u-he is one of the most respected names in software instruments, known for analog realism built with unusual care, and this bundle is described by its maker as a limitless sonic playground for producers, composers and sound designers. For a scoring setup, it replaces a dozen separate decisions with one very good one.

The Synthesizers: Six Distinct Instruments

Diva is the iconic analog synthesizer emulation, the one reached for when a cue needs the weight and slight unpredictability of classic hardware. Zebra2 is the modular hybrid synth used in countless film scores, and its presence in professional templates is close to a standard: a composer’s synth in the truest sense, built for evolving underscore and custom sound design. Hive 2 takes the opposite brief — fast and powerful, aimed at modern electronic music, where a sound must be found and shaped quickly. Repro-1 and Repro-5 are faithful recreations of vintage analog classics, offered as a pair. Bazille is the modular digital monster of the collection, and ACE is a semi-modular analog emulation powerhouse. Between them they cover subtractive warmth, modular experimentation, hybrid scoring synthesis and fast electronic production without overlap or filler.

The Effects: Analog Character for the Mix

The effects side is equally deliberate. Presswerk is a studio-grade compressor with analog warmth, suited to buses and full cues as much as single tracks. Satin is a tape machine emulation for vintage colour and glue — the processor many mixers place across a score to make separately recorded elements feel like one performance. Colour Copy emulates the classic bucket-brigade delay, with the darkened repeats that sit behind a melody instead of competing with it. Twangström is a spring reverb with rich character, for the kind of space that reads as an instrument in its own right. Together, the four effects give the bundle a mixing role as well as a writing role.

Using the Bundle in Scores and Sound Design

In a film or game template, the division of labour suggests itself. Zebra2 carries the custom underscore design, Diva and the Repro pair supply analog basses and leads with genuine hardware character, Hive 2 handles contemporary electronic cues, and Bazille is reserved for the sounds nothing else can be persuaded to make. Satin and Presswerk then treat both the synths and the recorded orchestra, which is how hybrid scores achieve a single sonic signature rather than sounding like two sessions edited together. The bundle also serves electronic producers and ambient sound designers directly, and mixing and mastering engineers looking for analog tone in the box will find Presswerk and Satin doing daily work. Thousands of factory presets and extensive modulation options mean the instruments reward both fast preset-led writing and deep original programming.
